  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

Products that are not eligible for return include:

  • Used or washed items

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Discounted/sale items (unless faulty)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a clear photo of the issue

  3. Our team will review and confirm if the return is accepted

  4. You will be guided to send the item to our return address (shipping costs may apply)

Note: Do not send products back without prior approval.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (as per your choice).

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
